Upon receipt of a customer-generated trouble report, or remote alarm monitoring, Paragon Communications will attempt to clear any alarm using remote access into the system. This process will ensure that technicians, in the event that dispatch is necessary, will be prepared to affect the repair with the proper equipment and parts.

Nortel Training
As an additional service Paragon Communications will provide training to your employees. These training sessions will go over all the different options and feature layouts that your Norstar or Meridian phones have. These training classes are scheduled on a department-by-department basis and can be very useful in adjusting your company to a new system, or as a service if you don’t understand your current phone system. Our support representatives can offer assistance in the following areas:
