This 24/7 site-by-site monitoring provides access to remote system software and information, allowing our technicians to perform administration, diagnostics and maintenance from virtually anywhere. This service also allows us to monitor information about services affecting the NortelNetworks switches and other peripheral equipment. Critically classified alarms are immediately reported to us for remote programming changes and/or technician dispatching.
