Paragon Communications offers the complete Norstar portfolio of telephone/key systems. The Norstar line offers solutions for small-to-medium sized businesses and branch offices, and is expandable from 1 to 272 ports. Every Norstar Integrated Communications System (ICS telephone systems) is a fully digital platform that brings all of your communications together right at your desktop - including fax, e-mail, computer, and telephone.

	ICS - Norstar 3x8 Key Service Unit Designed for small businesses, the Norstar Compact 3 x 8 system offers up to three lines and eight telephone extensions. It supports all Norstar and Business Series telephones, including fully-featured digital functions with LCD and soft keys. It's also easy to add the options that your business needs, including Norstar applications, automated attendant, analog terminal adapters, and station message detail recording (SMDR).

	ICS - Norstar Compact 6 x 16 Key Service Unit Designed for a slightly larger business, the Norstar Compact 6 x 16 system offers up to six lines and sixteen telephone extensions. It supports all Norstar and Business Series telephones, including fully featured digital functions with LCD and soft keys. It's also easy to add the options that your business needs, including Norstar applications, automated attendant, analog terminal adapters, and station message detail recording (SMDR)

	ICS - Norstar Compact 8 x 24 Key Service Unit The Norstar Compact 8 x 24 Key Service Unit is designed on a module and cartridge-based concept that offers easy installation, maintenance, expansion, and customization. This systems supports up to 8 lines and 24 stations, but can be expanded with up to 6 trunk module and 6 station modules for additional lines and terminals. When fully expanded the system supports a combination of 128 ports on a combination of lines and stations. The system can be configured as analog lines, station ports, or connections for other devices such as personal computers, data devices, and analog terminal adapters. This Norstar system is equipped with two emergency transfer ports used to keep the system running incase of a power failure.

It supports all Norstar and Business Series telephones, including fully-featured digital functions with LCD and soft keys. Easily add Norstar applications, such as voice mail, automated attendant, computer telephony integration (CTI), and automatic call distribution (ACD).

	ICS - Modular ICS - Norstar Modular Integrated Communications System Modular Integrated Communications System (ICS) is a key system designed for growing small to medium size businesses and is expandable up to 272 ports. Advanced integrated applications include voice messaging, unified messaging, digital networking, enhanced call centers and speech recognition. The refurbished Modular ICS can grow with your business as you need them through the addition of trunk and station modules.
